1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, donating, volunteering, or enrolling in our membership programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our digital platforms or participating in our physical campaigns.
2. Donation Guidelines
All donations made to Khalsa Rescue Foundation (KRF) are voluntary contributions dedicated to animal rescue, medical treatments, and welfare programs. Donations are final and non-refundable once processed. Official donation receipts for tax-exemption purposes (where applicable under local Indian tax laws) will be issued based on the details provided during transaction.
3. Volunteer & Membership Conduct
Members and volunteers represent our foundation and are expected to uphold the highest standard of animal welfare, ethics, and community respect. Any form of harassment, exploitation of animals, or behavior that damages the foundation's reputation will result in immediate termination of association.
4. Intellectual Property & Media Use
All content, logos, stories, graphics, and photographs displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Khalsa Rescue Foundation. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce these materials for commercial use without express written consent from our management.
5. Limitation of Liability
While KRF strives to ensure the safety and health of rescued animals, interacting with street animals carries inherent risks. The foundation is not liable for any injuries, infections, or damages resulting from unauthorized animal interactions or volunteer initiatives outside official supervision.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
